CHAPTER 1

PRELIMINARY

A. BACKGROUND

Based on the forum for the establishment of the Committee for the Acceptance of the New Members of the VIII on June 21, 2017 at Nduga boarding house at 15:20 WITA, the Committee for Reception of the New Members of VIII Year 2017 has been established.

The Committee of Reception of the New Members of the VIII prepares the composition of the committees of each of its coordinators and members to work together for the success of our activities.

So the hard work of the committee, the coordinator of the Fund and the management of Fospema-Punlanny, the coordinator, seniority, and the head of the 4 Korwil and all the members of Fospema-Punanny In Makassar Study City, so the activity, New VIII Member Reception has been done on Friday, September 1, 2017 until Sunday, September 3, 2017, goes well.

Thus we as the New Member VIII Member Enrollment Committee, extend our deepest thanks to the donors and all seniority who have helped us to succeed the event.

Various efforts and efforts have been made to our fullest extent possible with our ability, with the help of God in developing the task that has been entrusted to us.

And also we, have given with what we can give, but we are aware that the task has not been done perfectly.

B. OBJECTIVES

Ø Committee for Reception of the New Members of the VIII

As the committee organizes the acceptance of new members, FOSPEMA-PUNLANNY in Makassar city of study in 2017, to prepare an intellectual, intellectual generation for the future of Papua.

CHAPTER 2

ACTIVITIES OF RECEIVING NEW MEMBERS OF VIII

A. SUCCESS STRATEGY

At the beginning of the formation of the new VIII member committee, the main focus of the event was "Student Student Solidarity Forum / I Puncak Jaya Peak, Lanny Jaya and Nduga (Fospema-Punlanny)" in Makassar City Study Year 2017. With continuity activities of course full attention by the committee and the cooperation of every seniority, Fospema-Punlanny and all members of Fospema-Punlanny in the city of study makassar, so that has been carried out the activities of acceptance of new members of the VIII on 01 september 2017 until 03 september 2017 held at replace moody (butterfly tour) Kab maros South Sulawesi province, Hope well.

The following are the results agreed upon at the Forum in a workshop called "Work Program" of the Committee for Acceptance of the New Members of the VIII Year 2017, namely:

1.    Business funds

2.    The compulsory donation of the four managing bodies / Assemblies

3.    Compulsory contribution per person / individual

4.    Compulsory contribution of new members

5.    Flat-like donations or envelopes of seniority (Fospema-Punlanny)

The Committee for Acceptance of the New Members of the VIII in 2017 in the city of Makassar's study of this strategy is planned and agreed upon by each section is the result of collective agreement and becomes a motivated argument in the activities of the Execution of New VIII.

Sejak awal terbentuknya panitia penerimaan anggota baru Ke-Vlll hingga berhakir, sebagai mana yang menjadi donator bahkan membantu kami lewat tenaga, waktu moral dan material bahkan finansial yang telah mengorbankan dalam kegiatan kami yaitu: Penerimaan Anggota Baru Ke-Vlll, kami tak membalas apapun tetapi biarlah yang punya segalanya akan memberkati.

Dan tak lupa menyampaikam terima kasih buat senioritas dan seluruh anggota Fospema-Punlanny yang sebagai mana telah memberikan kepercayaan buat kami, guna menyukseskan kegiatan kami.
